By a Caregiver, For Caregivers
You didn't sign up for this life, but here you are—managing medications, navigating insurance, and keeping everything running while slowly losing yourself in the process.
I get it. I've been there. I'm still there.
That's why I create resources that actually help—not the fluffy "self-care" BS that tells you to take a bubble bath while your person needs you. Real tools that work in the margins of caregiving life, when you're running on fumes and need something that actually makes a difference.
From energy trackers to stress-busting supplements, guided resets to real talk about what this life is actually like—everything here is designed for caregivers who are tired of being told to "just take care of themselves" without anyone showing them how.
Whether you need a 7-day reality check, a 3-day reset when you're at your breaking point, or supplements that actually support your exhausted body, there's something here that will help you survive this—and maybe even find yourself again in the process.
You've been taking care of everyone else for too long.
Let's get you some actual support.
Art helps me calm my nerves and keep my anxiety at bay.
Some people even want to buy it, so here it is for those who are interested!
Judy’s Artwork
Growing up taught me that you don't just survive hard times, you find ways to rebuild yourself into something stronger. That's what my art is really about.
The art I create—which I term "Re-Formations"- come directly from my professional life: a decade spent as an author, speaker and advocate for military families, veterans, and survivors of suicide. When I paint, I'm thinking about the fighters I've known, people who've had to figure out how to be whole again after losing parts of themselves. That kind of strength, that ability to adapt and keep going—that emotion is what I'm trying to capture.
My art finds its highest purpose in demonstrating that hope is a calculable outcome, not a fleeting emotion. I offer a precise, intellectualized beauty that transforms into the absolute value of survival. I know that art allows us all to take what's broken or missing and finding beauty in what remains.
